Our Hiring Process

We've designed a thoughtful process that helps us get to know you better while giving you plenty of opportunities to learn about us.

Application Review

After you submit your application, our recruiting team will review your resume and experience to determine if there's a potential match. We aim to respond to all applications within one week.

Initial Conversation

If we think you might be a good fit, we'll schedule a 30-minute call with a recruiter to discuss the role in more detail, learn about your background and interests, and answer any questions you might have.

Skills Assessment

Depending on the role, we may ask you to complete a skills assessment or technical challenge. This is designed to be relevant to the work you'd be doing and typically takes 1-3 hours to complete.

For technical roles, this might include:

  • A coding exercise or take-home project
  • A design challenge
  • A data analysis exercise

Team Interviews

You'll meet with several team members, including your potential manager and colleagues, for a series of conversations. These typically take place over a half-day and cover both technical skills and cultural fit.

Final Steps

If everyone's excited to move forward, we'll check your references and extend an offer. We aim to complete the entire process within 2-3 weeks to respect your time.
